## Core Services & Gated Engineering Pipeline

### 1. Prepaid Code Review & Diagnostic Report ($125) - Mandatory Entry Point
- **Format:** 60-Minute 1-on-1 consultation via Apple FaceTime, WhatsApp, or direct Phone Call.
- **Booking Flow:** 100% Prepaid upfront via verified Stripe checkout (https://buy.stripe.com/fZudR9gGXh2B4ri9rhebu02) to protect client and studio time.
- **Deliverables:** Deep inspection of client's GitHub repository or uploaded project zip archive. Delivery of a written Plain-English Diagnostic Report pinpointing what is broken, what is missing, and an actionable roadmap to fix or launch it.

### 2. Remote Code Fix Sprints (Custom Scope via Diagnostic Report)
- **Delivery:** Given collaborator access to client repository, fixes are pushed directly to an isolated branch ready for PR review. Alternatively, non-Git clients provide a project zip, and JSP repairs, tests, and returns a verified clean zip archive. Scoped privately based on codebase inspection.

### 3. Turnkey Workstation & Cloud Stack Setup (Private Scope via Diagnostic Report)
- **Objective:** Converts client laptop or desktop into a high-powered, automated build rig matching JSP's studio workflow.
- **Includes:** Development environment configuration, terminal tooling, version control, and cloud infrastructure with automated push-to-deploy CI/CD pipelines. Includes Apple App Store and Google Play compliance walkthrough. Eliminates costly recurring hosting fees by leveraging modern serverless edge architecture.

### 4. Founder Beta Testing Network & Store Compliance
- **Problem Solved:** Overcomes Google Play's mandatory requirement of 20 closed testers for 14 continuous days and Apple TestFlight feedback audits.
- **Network Model:** Connects founders with verified human testers on real devices to generate authentic telemetry, crash feedback, and activity logs required for production release approvals without risky bot rings.

### 5. Custom App Engineering (Itemized Sprints via Diagnostic Roadmap)
- Dedicated hands-on app engineering for building MVP features, wiring databases, or resolving complex architectural blockers. Itemized into dedicated sprint passes delivered via clean GitHub branches or tested archives.

### 6. Social Media & Content Automation Engine (Turnkey Add-On)
- Multi-channel automated AI content generation and scheduling across Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
